Scan-on-Demand

Scan-on-Demand is the ultimate in efficiency for organizations that have multiple locations and have immediate needs to access their records. Instead of pulling a record and delivering the physical media to the requestor, the record is pulled and scanned. The electronic record can then be securely accessed via the web or securely transmitted to the authorized requestor. The original record is then placed back into the repository or confidentially destroyed.
