At the foundation of Secure-24’s account management strategy is our team of Client Partners, who serve as the single point of contact for the customer and are the liaison into our organization.  Your dedicated Client Partner manages resources, facilitates review meetings, and escalates issues and incidents.  Client Partners do more than coordinate the day-to-day operations, they work closely with you to understand immediate business needs, anticipate future infrastructure demands, and determine how Secure-24 can support your strategic vision.

The role of the Client Partner is that of facilitator—not gatekeeper.  They are the foundation of our responsive, proactive approach to projects.  Secure-24 assigns Client Partners at the beginning of the implementation phase, so the Client Partners are fully knowledgeable about your project, environment, and applications when your project moves into production.  When issues need to be resolved—or new solutions proposed—the Client Partner has access to a cross-functional team of Secure-24 subject matter experts dedicated to your environment, including network and application engineers.
